Upon receipt, please inspect your item for any damage. In the event of a damaged shipment, please report the damage to us and the shipping within 48 hours of receipt, in order to file a claim with the shipping company in a timely manner. simply email us with a description and picture of the damage. Please keep all the original packaging and send pictures of the damage as well. We will send you a replacement order as soon as possible, in the event of this damaged shipment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may return the item (s) within 14 days from the date the order was shipped. Once we receive the item and determine it to be in excellent condition, we will send you the refund for the cost of the item (s) returned minus a 20% restocking fee. Before returning an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 774-319-5200 for a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA) for tracking purposes. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake.
